Job Description

  • The individual in this position demonstrates understanding of the basic principles and applications in their area of expertise especially personal care and healthcare application.
  • Independently manage product Innovation and process
  • Responsible for all key points of new product introduction such as Development, planning, Design of experiments, Validations and Roll out
  • Make R&D improvement for the new products to meet the customer requirement
  • Individual must apply and interpret standard scientific theories, concepts and techniques.
  • Chemical know how, Formulation knowledge of personal care and healthcare products, chemicals and applications, basics of project management skills, R&D tools and techniques, Cost analysis, Good conceptual & problem solving skills essential.
  • Added knowledge of microbiology and disinfection is desired.
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, Result oriented, Ability to execute scientific projects with clear accountability, knowledge of analytical chemistry and cleaning formulation
Required Candidate profileKey Competencies
  • B.E or B.Tech/M. Tech.; MSc; PhD.Chemical Engineering, chemical technology, polymer, chemistry, surface chemistry, Microbiology
  • Six Sigma : Green Belt is preferred
  • 3-6 yrs of experience in cleaning chemicals or surfactants
