Responsibilities Handle daily incident and send reports to InstaCC SOC TCL Team and customer and maintain it for record. Verify the local hygiene issue (headset connection etc.) at agent desktop at the start of the business and engage local IT as and when require. RCA/PCA tracking for any major incident. Coordinate with TCL for any case, issue and request. Coordinate with TCL team and customer for quarterly BCP test for all site. Handle customer queries and concerns and get them addressed with help of respective teams. Inventory reconciliation once in a quarter.,
