Day to day activities of the role will encompass following:Lead and collaborate with the teams to evaluate and drive and tactical and strategic solutions as part of the resiliency programLead and manage Infrastructure Portfolio for align CBT. Execute & collaborate with the teams for provisioning and decommissioning of infrastructure. Build data analytics for infrastructure optimization using Tableau, Excel, Grafana, ClikSense.Create and maintain program documentation/education material within SSTHelp enhance, develop, or deprecate practices and processes in support of meeting the resiliency program requirementsTechnology Program Management skills including presenting to Senior Management on a weekly/monthly basisCommunicate resiliency mandates to technology teams and ensure mandates are addressed in a timely mannerManage infrastructure portfolio for a subgroup within lien of business.Essential experience:Solid understanding of resiliency strategies, best practices and processes SR, DR, HA, CA, Backups, Recovery, RTO, RPO etcUnderstanding of modern practices: SRE, DevOps, SecOps, Cloud, Containers, Infrastructure as Code etcKeen understanding of financial control and budget managementTechnology Program Management skills including presenting to Senior Management on a weekly/monthly basisStrong leadership and communication required to communicate resiliency mandates to technology teams and ensure mandates are addressed in a timely manner,
