Administer sales contract and order processing for the respective country incoordination with Client ServicePrepare billing runs and perform month-end activities related to revenue andreceivablesWork with Revenue Controlling team to support their deliverables, including:o Customer invoicing, credit management, and customer credit verificationo Accounts Receivable management including cash collection and allocationo Revenue recognitionSupport revenue closing activities, including accruals, provisions and reconciliations,are appropriate and accurate and are performed in accordance with US-GAAP/Statrules, Global COE processes, and together with the Operational ControllerPerform revenue recognition in accordance with US-GAAP criteria and maintain relevantdocumentation for auditing purposesEnsure revenue accounting is appropriate and accurate is performed in accordance withUS-GAAPProvide regional input on revenue reporting to the Revenue ControllerPerform the controls on revenue processes in scope and ensure adequate controllershipis maintained at all times; flag to the Revenue Controller in exceptional casesEnsure regional statutory compliance related to revenue accounting; monitor andprovide guidance on related statutory and tax accounting, reporting, and auditAssist the Revenue Controller locally on IT/Digital projects pertaining to revenueprocesses (i.e. SAP OTI , Salesforce, Google, etc.) for respective market or regionIdentify and recommend process improvements to evolve the revenue functionA LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUA successful Revenue Associate will ensure all basic key performance indicatorspertaining to contract processing and revenue accounting are achieved for the respectivemarket. S/he will have built a successful working relationship with Client Service.QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Finance or Accounting preferredFluency in English and local language mandatory; third regional language preferredExperience (preferred or required technical, functional and/or leadership experience)Experience working in multinational, multi-cultural environmentExperience working with remote counterpartsExperience working in Finance & some legal contract exposure preferred,
