At the entry level this Team mate is expected to do account health check and complete the Seller Vetting for the sellers and assign initial limits. Check on all the documents provided by the sellers and validate them as per the designed process.Risk Agent is responsible to review and appropriately act on member accounts in order to mitigate potential risk to eBay and the community. Including working on member SR s for various case types that come through web form and free form emails.Work on Limits for sellers, after doing a proper account check on the basis of the underlined process- (health check). Look at signals in different cases and assign limits accordinglyResponsibilities Resolve issues and questions regarding risk and/or potential risk in eBay s marketplace efficiently and accurately Identify root cause of account challenges or issues Partner with our members to reduce risk and loss, educate them on prevention of future risk activities and implementation of policy changes Investigate risk or potential risk cases. Taking appropriate action to mitigate loss Perform review on big and new accounts. Taking appropriate action to mitigate loss Place outbound calls or email members to inform members of actions taken Reliably follow up with customers on issues that were not able to be resolved during a single contact. Be empathetic to customer concerns and display a sincere desire to serve Maintain performance metrics include Productivity, Net Loss, Customer Availability, Idle Time, and Quality Work on the SR s(emails received through OCS and other channels) in a timely manner and as per the process designed Work on the SRM cases to keep a check on the seller s health and control the loss. Flag any issues/bug with regards to work tools and lead in getting the resolving the same.
