Job Location :HO Experience Range 2 years Education Post Graduate (full time).Job Description Skill Set Fair understanding of BFSI value chain especially from perspectives of understanding of financing requirement of channel partners and market dynamics in agri-finance Fair understanding of working capital solutions for MSMEs linked with their business cash flow Sound knowledge of credit concepts such as asset classification, OD movement, provisioning norms, credit line, limit rotation and understanding of underwriting process in financial institutions Ability to relate/ co-relate information, findings during undertaking primary research / field visits / client interactions Good level of capability to work on excel, power point, word Good communication capability both oral written. Marathi speaking will have added advantage Prior experience with NBFC/ Financial institution shall have added advantage Business Generation under new strategic initiatives (of the organization) through existing customers references Lead generation support to field teams through primary secondary research Driving direct business development activities under the new strategic initiatives Plan execute all marketing activities for the organization Designing marketing campaigns, POP materials, media materials and execute marketing promotional plans Setting up lead management system and institute efficient monitoring system and analyse lead ageing bucket movement Conduct product promotion activities Undertake customer database management on an on-going basis and share trends, patterns, results etc. with relevant team members Standardization of periodic status report pertaining business development, leads generated, promotional marketing activities and future plans,
