Role Description- To efficiently and accurately manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements including but not restricted to Seniormanager Reporting at the BCC & BCO levels.- Timely and transparent delivery of ad hoc requests to meet requirements from Credit, Business management, Controlsofficers. Ability to identify workarounds or create new metrics based on requests from regulators, business or middle officeleads- Capability to define issues, analyze and implement solutions to meet stakeholder expectations is business critical.- Direct liaison with other MO and Technology teams across all levels on a daily basis for all 3 regions ie London, NY andMumbai.- Ability to understand the metrics being reported, the impact or rationale of the reports and provide analysis wherepossible to help identify key areas of focus or concern- Strive to improve the rationalization and automation of various reports through innovative thinking and voicing potentialimprovements to management. To be an active part of the team, coming up with ideas and suggestions for processimprovement through technology solutions.Qualification & Skills- Strong communication skills - ability to relay information in a concise and simple way to Front Office, Senior Managementand the wider MO audience.- Graduate with 2-6 years of experience in Banking/ Financial Services Industry- Capacity to prioritize action items under strict time pressures and multi-task regular duties alongside ad hoc requests.- Demonstrate numerical aptitude and an analytical mindset in order to go beyond operational deliverables; good atproblem solving and providing solutions.- Pro-active with an ability to demonstrate and mange change; willing to take on additional responsibility.- Thorough, diligent and to be able to execute a task with a high level of accuracy.- Good relationship building skills and ability to deal with counterparts at all levels.- Keen to learn or strengthen knowledge of derivatives and general market awareness.- Excellent MS Excel & MS Access skills imperative; experience of coding in VBA is necessary.- Provide direct support to local team members; aiding RAD development of new tools / controls, supporting existingprocesses and applications, providing holiday cover.- Create complex analytic queries on large data sets in Credit risk systems- Create stored procedures, triggers, and functions- Analyze trends in key metrics,
