Role Expectations-Manage multiple sites for its techno-commercial aspects thru engineers-supervisors-Working knowledge of commissioning procedures of DX & Chilled water systems-Experience of handling various application such as healthcare, hospitality & clean room-Communication skills-Leadership ability with team & systems developmental approach-ERP usageKPI-timely execution of the projects-cost optimisation-Clean Documentation-Relationship management ( with clients, consultants, PMCs & especially vendors)-Team player motivate & guide site supervisors to deliver smarterstudy the tender & job file for all techo-commercial aspectLead /liason /cordinate with planning & purchase for timely long lead deliveryman & manage the site with own team for supervision &deploy /choose subcontractors team for timely & quality executionthorough commissionng & handover to service department with financialclosure of job
