Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are hiring forRoom AttendantExperience : 0-3yearAnnual CTC : 12K TO 15K PMLocation: MumbaiJOB DESCRIPTION:Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing Genuine hospitality and by exceeding guests expectations. Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service Listens, apologises with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses best judgement as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee Performs other duties as required to provide Genuine hospitality Cleans and prepares guest rooms daily in accordance with Brand standards. Prepares bed and bath linens Cleans and straightens room Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials Orders repairs as appropriate Returns articles left in rooms to Lost and Found Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently Keeps supply trolley stocked Organises and cleans linen closet removes soiled, torn or worn linen Notifies Housekeeping Department of stock shortages and/or malfunctioning equipmentPerforms other duties as required to provide Service and teamwork Follows Brands policies with regard to Do Not Disturb rooms Contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering items to customers upon request. Maintains the tracking of all delivered items through proper documentation. Cleans bathroom areas Vacuums rooms as required Reports maintenance requests and replacement orders Cleans trolley and vacuum cleaner on a regular basis Ensures quality and quantity of the contents of the linen closet by organising and cleaning it Checks stocks daily Notifies Housekeeping Department immediately if any stock shortages exist Pulls a damaged or rewash linen and returns them to the Housekeeping Department. Adheres to Hotel policies and procedures Attends work on time as scheduled Follows hotel grooming and dress standards Follows safety and security rules and procedures Knows and follows safety procedures concerning blood-borne pathogens Keeps immediate Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all Problems or unusual matters of significance. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objective of this position. Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
