Job DescriptionMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: (Detailed Responsibilities)o Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information.o Collect Sales Data , Analyze data , present it to Sales Director and regionalManagers.o Following up the orders for equipment s as well as accessories, Software.o Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM.o Logistic support and co- ordination, Import, Custom etc.o Global Co ordination for Sales, Marketing.o Secretariat assistance to Director/ Managing Director.o Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.Job RequirementsEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE: Graduate in any streamNumber of years related experience: 5- 7 YearsHigher Education/ Qualification with less experience but with right intelligence andaptitude can also apply.KNOWLEDGEo Excellent Customer communication skill and ability to work with high demandingcustomers.o Excellent MS- Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Skills.o Excellent interpersonal Skillso Ability to Multitasko Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills tocomplete a wide range of tasks.o Exposure to Data Analysis & presentationo Experience on SAP will be good to haveo Linguistic Skill English, Hindi and other regional and Foreign Language,
