Job Description

    Handling front desk system. Handling incoming and outgoing couriers greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere. answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices. organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary. Responsible for sales of the various Specialty Chemicals that go in the Pharma, Agrochemical and Home & Personal Care industries and other industries. Offering quotations by e-mail, following up via phone, and converting sales. Engaging with customers to develop strong relationships and acquire good orders / inquiries.Monday to Friday 9.30 to 6.30 pmSaturday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm
