Job Description

Position- Sales ChampionExperience- 1 Years 3 YearsEducation- Graduate in any discipline , BMS/BBA PreferredReporting to Head Sales Position DescriptionThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, managing, liasioning, following up, all sales andmarketing related tasks in the organization.Responsibilitieso Analysis of digital marketing initiatives across channels - Web, email, social, paidcampaigns (google, facebook advertises), partner portals etc.o RoI on Marketing Initiatives through competitive benchmarking and industry researcho Be the single point connect for all sales and marketing related actions.o Managing/updating CRM and lead generation and review of weekly sales planso Continuos follow up for the sales pipeline and ensure high conversion ratios of enquiry toordero Preparation/consolidation of proposals, quotations, technical documents and otherrelevant collaterals needed for sales closureo Continuosly manage contact lists, marketing and sales content for ease of retrieval,usage and updation.o Assist in managing ECPL presence at webinars/ seminars / conferences / exposo Review monthly and quarterly sales progress and generate reports on KPIs (Conversionratios, # of Leads from different channels etc)o Liasing with other members of sales team and ensure after sales activities forclients/partners are also coordinated with relevant back end execution/product supportteams.,
