Job Description

Preparing Incentive earner listDispatch of stationeries Visiting cards, Literature, Order book and other promotional material as directed by Product ManagerFollow up with Managers regarding Indent and submitting of the same to Production ManagerOutstanding, Collection analysis follow up with field staff. Submission of stats of collection on weekly basis to GMComputing the Primary sales and Secondary (sale rupee) value and finalization of the same and submit the data to GMForwarding Pre- Primary (Indent) and Primary orders to respective concerned personPreparation of sample allocation chart and follow up with Production Manager regarding dispatch of orders and samplesCorrespondence and follow up regarding Imprest cash. Correspondence and follow up regarding Credit Notes. Keeping records of pending issues pertaining to expiry and return goods etc.Correspondence and follow up with field staff and C&A/ Super Stockiest pertaining to non- receipt of documents such as 1) Invoice copies 2) Stock Statements 3) Outstanding Statement 4) Stock and Sales Statement of the Stockiest 5) Rolling Forecast 6) IndentCo- ordinating with Accounts department for issuing Credit NotesCalculation and preparation of field staff incentive and submission to GM,
