Job Description

Job SummarySummary of the profile:Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information and provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Manage the budget for expenses such as bonuses, marketing, and travel
Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsSkill sets required
  • Fluent communication in English & Hindi
  • Ability to liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
  • Highly organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
  • Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Sales Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills and email drafting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Powerpoint presentation, MS Excel like Pivot table, V lookup and other analytical tools
  • Excellent in data compilation and analytics.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Customer-focused, self-driven/ self-motivated
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
