Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for building the customer base from the General Tradechannel for the Nykaa B2B business in the respective region. The primary role of the position is to execute & deliver on the strategic marketdevelopment business plans, aligned with Nykaas B2B business strategic, customer &financial objectives. It will oversee the sales teams, beauty advisor network in the respective regionKnowledge andSkill/QualificationRequirementsExperience & Education5+ years of experience with Leading FMCG / E-commerce business E-B2B / 0 to 1 experience is a must-have Beauty industry experience would be strongly preferred MBA from reputed Institute will be strongly preferredSkills Have proven track record of sales leadership within the FMCG/ Cosmetics Industry Leadership ability and natural ways of inspiring ones environment A pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results Result orientation, strong ethical compass and a bias for action Strategic understanding of sub-channels and how to differentially service them Familiarity with digital ways of sales management would be desirableJob Description Develop and execute a Sales Strategy by working with Sales Leadership and driving keyinitiatives and projects Partner with Sales Leadership to formulate and develop regional business plans andconstantly evolving go-to-market strategies Undertake constant competitor analysis. Develop a detailed knowledge of the markets Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market efficiencies and lead efforts to scale,align and invest in the business Analyse and present recommendations to Sales Leadership regarding opportunities forsales productivity improvement Developing an understanding of and staying current with the competitive landscape Assess and drive innovative pricing strategies and options for Field Teams Authoring and delivering high-impact presentations and plans to support Sales events Assist with annual planning with Sales Leadership and key GTM Leaders Develop and manage executive reporting on key metrics, formulate actionable insightsand structure a concise presentation of findings and prioritize issues as appropriateIdentify technology enablement opportunities in the sales lifecycle and execute end-to-end adoption
