Job Description

    Job Role:
    • Providing sales and administrative support to team members /departments, as needed to meet company/teams goals, thereby ensuring a seamless transaction to the sales process.
    • To serve as a point of contact to sales team members to provide necessary support to facilitate various works like expediting quotations, coordination with Purchase team, warehouse team, availability of inventory, dispatch notes, billing related issues.
    • Keep an overall check on pending orders and material availability.
    • To coordinate with sales team to facilitate adherence to daily systems like Sales Time Table, Constant connect, C4C or any other reports required from time to time by Sales Head/ Management.
    • Prepare sales analysis reports and presentations in required formats
    • Assist in completion of any other projects assigned by the management like weekly /monthly reports.
    • Carry out research on existing/new customers in view of their credit worthiness, ongoing projects or any coordination requirement with their staff.
    Principal Accountabilities
    • Develop and execute strategic plan for sales team and sales support team.
    • Team management and development
    • Build and manage strong long-lasting relationships with sales team, operation team, upper management and external clients
    • Work with the sales leaders to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunities.
    • Support development of, and ensure compliance with, published T&C and approval policies
    Required Candidate profile
    • Experience in sales coordination role
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intimate knowledge of internet
    • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
