Job Description

    Job Profile: Customer Service and Inside sales executiveWorkingDaysMonday - SaturdayShift time: 10:00AM - 06:00PMLocation: Chandivali, ChakalaJob responsibility:
    • Securing new customer, maintaining and developingexisting accounts for custom clearance, LCL/ FCL ocean freight and airfreight service activities.
    • Meet and exceed the target set bymanagement
    • Maintain records of customer details / sales visits undertaken.
    • Identify potential customer details/ sales visit undertaken.
    • Identify potentials customers and register opportunities.
    • Regularlyvisit existingaccounts validating companys service levels.
    • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professionalmanner.
    • Maintaining a positive, empatheticandprofessional attitude toward customer at all times.
    • Responding promptlyto customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledgingand resolving customercomplainants
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Processingorders, forms, applicationsand requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interaction andtransaction, comments and complaints.
    • Smart communicator and coordinator with company colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficientlyof the customer service process.
    • Managing team of junior customer service representative.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professionalcustomer support.
    Qualification & Skills:
    • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
    • Ability stray calm when customers are stressed or upset.
    • hands on experience in computers.
    • Experience working with customersupport.
    • Support customer service and work closely with operationswith documentation on the execution of service contracts.
    • Assimilate marketinformation and take part in the overall business development through weekly. monthly sales meetings and regular reporting.
