Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team, specializing in microfiber cloth products. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our high-quality microfiber cloth solutions to a diverse customer base.Responsibilities:
    1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive products. Use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
    2. Customer Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through effective communication and presentations. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate microfiber cloth solutions.
    3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our microfiber cloth products, including their features, benefits, and applications. Stay updated on industry advancements to provide accurate information to clients.
    4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
    5. Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales transactions and ensure timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to boost product visibility and drive sales.
    7. Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients and market trends to provide valuable insights to the product development and marketing teams. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
    8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build a positive reputation for the company and its products.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textiles or cleaning products industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of microfiber cloth products and their applications is a plus.
