1. Education: A graduate or post graduate in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or Agri Business Management from a recognised university or institute 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing of agricultural machinery. - 1- 2 years of related farming experience, preferably on onion, potato and carrot crops. - 2- 3 years of selling and marketing experience on related cleaning / sorting / grading / packaging machinery for post- harvest handling. - 1- 2 years of experience in packhouse and cold storage management. 3. Reference and character certificates from previous employers 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication in English is essential. 5. Surveying market and collecting data in Maharashtra for demand and supply in mechanizing post- harvest handling of Onion, Potato and Carrot. 6. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to capture the market and keep the competition away. 7. Using innovation to redefine marketing ideas within the constraints of cost and time. 8. Presenting audio- visual presentations to clients and business houses.9. Working with a range of media, including MS Office and keeping up to date with emerging technologies. 10. Willing to have one- month essential training at Ambala factory before joining Mumbai office. 11. Attending services and installations at clients sites with engineers and technicians. 12. Managing Mumbai office individually and reporting to Allround Ambala and Allround Andijk periodically. 13. Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists. 14. Ability to work in a fast- paced and highly growing international business 15. Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly 16. Willing to travel abroad and all over India ,
