    Job Profile: Sales Executive/Asst manager/BDM:for Belapur officeA Sales executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role involves selling various logistics and supply chain services to clients, ranging from transportation and warehousing to freight forwarding and customs brokerage. He or She plays a vital role in developing tailored solutions, building trust, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
    • Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce the companys services.
    • Client Needs Analysis: Understand clients logistics and supply chain challenges and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
    • Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits of the companys logistics services to potential clients.
    • Customized Proposals: Prepare detailed proposals and quotes that outline the proposed logistics solutions, pricing, and service level agreements.
    • Negotiation: Engage in negotiation discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements, considering both client expectations and company profitability.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
    • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upselladditional logistics services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
    • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments to position the companys services effectively.
    • Market Insights: Continuously gather feedback from clients and prospects to provide insights for refining services and strategies.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to successful closure.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Customer Education: Educate clients about logistics regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements, offering value-added knowledge.
    Requirements:
