Job Description

    Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities: Excellent selling skills & negotiation skills. Excellent and effective communication. Prioritizing time management and organizational skills. Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. Follow up with the new upcoming leads. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis. Fixing appointments for the BD team. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. To sell luxury products to customers in a luxurious retail environment. To provide expert advice regarding the products offered. To provide the highest standard of customer service & care. To display products attractively in order to attract, encourage and motivate attention and sales.Required Skills / Qualifications: Graduation is Mandatory. BA/BS degree or equivalent, Will be an advantage. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. Experience working within a luxury or premium retail environment. Excellent presentation & communication skills. Confidence in selling & providing a high standard of customer service. Good track record of working towards individual & group sales targets.
