Maharashtra Your tasks Dealer Networking , Sales Promotional Activity Reviving & renewing the network for proper coverage Strengthening the dealer network thru appointment of new dealers Training to dealers and their staff about product & Sales Capacity building of the dealers to sustain continuous growth Conducting product demonstration Monitoring sales from enquiry generation Planning & conducting sales promotional activities across the state / zone thru dealership to generate sufficient enuiries / brand name Demand forecasting and product planning Managing commercial issues of the area if require Your skills B.Tech / M.Tech / Msc - Agriculture or DME / BE - Mechanical 5 - 6 Years relevant experience in case of Diploma candidate and minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in case of BE candidate Tractor & Agriculture industry is preferred Good technical / application knowledge Skills related to communication , interpersonal behavior , negotiations , networking result orientation , problem solving , initiative , decision making , planning and listening Regional language is a must knowledge of English , Hindi. Your base will be in Maharashtra India.
