Job Description

  • experience in sourcing customers for two wheeler financing from two wheeler dealers and MSME Loans /Personal Loans directly and thru DSAs and appointment of dealers .
  • Competition mapping, keeping a track of completion in the market and be updated on all market trends and Loan products .
  • Manage Two wheeler loan logins through Dealers, Direct Sales Agents and Direct Sales Teams
  • Source MSME Loan Logins directly and thru DSAs
  • Empanelment of new Two wheeler Dealers, DSA and DST in the market (Mumbai , Mah. ,Gujarat). Should be able to Travel .
  • Experience in Customer Interaction , Loan Form Filling , KYC Documentation , Loan Documentation and Collections
  • Having own Two wheeler for local conveyance and Smartphone for ONLINE Loan applications
  • Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
  • Conduct training for all the channels and teal on product, policy and market changes
  • Manage business promotional activities with channels & channel development
  • Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
  • Co ordinate with product team
  • Identify and acquire institutional clients for all loan products
  • Cross sell investment products
