Job Description

    Leading consumer healthcare Indian multinational.Position : Sales Head - Alternate ChannelsLocation : Corporate Office, MumbaiReporting to: VP - Sales & MarketingQualification - 1st class Graduate. MBA Preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent will be responsible to drive sales on Non-GT channels with major focus on E-Com platforms. Other channels include Modern Trade, Hospitals & other large format govt./non govt. Institutions.His/her role will encompass the below - 1. Online channel sales including consumer acquisition strategy- planning to leverage internal and external marketing resources.2. Planning deals and promotions, successful online launches & price laddering3. Keep a close watch on competition strategies- both on launches, pricing & promotions4. Coordination with external agency for best of the class execution5. Create plans, targets and sell out programs to meet/exceed overall ABP6. Evaluating & creating online opportunities to increase the share of business7. Analysis & internal reporting of weekly sell in/sell out/business performance/ inventory & other relevant data to management. Activation of fulfilment centres owned & operated by marketplaces.8. Explore and evaluate MT and other alternate channel opportunities (B2B) for Flamingo range of products9.
