Job Description

Their products include:API, INTERMEDIATES, EXCIPIENTS, ADDITIVES, FINE & SPECIALTY CHEMICALS.Roles & Responsibilities :We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to manage the day-to-day operation of our company. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to their executive team, establish a great working relationship with the board of directors, and set a course for company strategy. Location Malad West ( Candidates from Western Side only preferred)Industry: Pharma (Trading in API, Excipients, Bulk Drugs)This position reports to the Directors.Role / Profile:

  • The Position will provide inspired leadership for Pharma Active Pharmaceutical Vertical company-wide
  • The individual is responsible for driving top line and the bottom line of the business. This position owns P&L
  • Capabilities to drive Sales projection for API, Excipients, Intermediates, Veterinary around 100 cr +.within next 5 years
  • Develop the companys culture and overall company vision
  • The incumbent is supposed to be technically for Pharma( Trading in API, Excipients, Bulk Drugs) products with superb communication skills - technical or otherwise
  • Strengthening the current client base and add new clients(Domestic / International)
  • New products introduction, promotion and addition of new clients for products handled.
  • Managing in inventories and the distribution channel for delivery of orders.
  • Assure all legal and regulatory document are filled and monitor compliance with law and regulations
  • Floating inquiries to vendors, negotiating, and finalization of the cost-effective vendor for supply of material.
  • Ensure timely delivery from suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Develop high-level decision about policy and strategy
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
  • Ethical and valued based person.
Experience -
  • We are looking for a Techno-Commercial candidate Incumbent must have hands of experience of 10 plus years in B2B business serving pharmaceuticals Trading in API, Excipients, Bulk Drugs industries.
  • Must be at leadership role for the last 5 years.
  • Must have managed teams.
