Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition
    • Sourcing, Screening, interviewing and negotiating offers for the positions approved in line with annual Manpower Budget.
    • Coordination with respective regions Zonal Head, RSM, BMs etc. with a proven focus on optimization of costs by exploring online/offline channels as available.
    • 100% adherence to process and timelines
    Employee Onboarding & life cycle management
    • Implementation of the corporate defined Sales Induction Plan (Unique role-wise) within the region across all functions/levels of employees
    • Educating and providing policy related support, addressing employee grievances, exit management of all employees within the region as per processes defined
    Performance Management & Evaluation
    • KRA, KPI-based standardized goal setting for all unique roles within the region across all levels of employees
    • Ensuring complete adherence to the PMS processes for the region as per requirements
    • Facilitate and ensure adherence to Sales Review timelines
    Talent Management and Development
    • Execution of Training Plan as per corporate sales training calendar - ensuring employee attendance & adherence within the region.
    • Implementation of Competency based employee development framework for the Sales team within the region
    Employee Engagement
    • Execution of all employee engagement initiatives as per plan in line with process and timelines defined by corporate
    Rewards & Recognition
    • Execution of all employee initiatives as per plan in line with process and timelines defined by corporate
    Operations
    • MIS Creation and release of various data dashboards as per timelines defined
    • Management of Off-roll Manpower in coordination with the third party agency
    • Travel allowances and Incentives disbursement related support as required by the Sales/ Payroll team
    • Managing employee exits as per process defined and enhancing/ standardizing employee exit experience as per corporate defined guidelines
