    About the jobJOB TITLE: Sales Manager/ Sponsorship SalesSales profile requisite in PMBDBackground media & publicationsEvent / Exhibition Sponsorship sales-Job Profile Manager / Executive (The Manager) is responsible for raising money through the sale ofsponsorship and packages for conferences , Events & Exhibitions by targeting various companies,organizations and associations.The Manager creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specification.The Manager attends weekly company meetings, sales update meetings and conference planningmeetings as required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings astools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference;Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference/ event/property/exhibition;Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors;Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors etcUpdate the company Maximizer database as required;Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached;Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines;Servicing of Sponsors, ensure 100% delivery of deliverable to the Sponsor as percommitment in MOU/agreementPrepare in coordination with Legal Agreements , MOUs and coordinate with sponsor foraccomplishing documentationPrepare reports for large format sponsors/ Annual sponsors at the end of eventMaintain weekly, Monthly update on sponsor salesMeet with trade and professional organizations and other groups to organize, promote and discussconference / trade show services; andProfessionally represent company all times.Desired Skills and ExperienceSALES
