Prepare production schedule based on the priority of the order to be servicediii. Brief the supervisors and QC team on the production requirementiv. Check how supervisors have allocated work and that right quantities and quality is being producedv. Prepare maintenance schedule and brief the maintenance manager on schedulevi. Approve purchase of any material maintenancevii. Approve material to be drawn from the warehouseviii. Ensure operators and supervisors are trained on efficient use of resourcesix. Solve any problem faced by the team about productionx. Monitor productivity of operators and address if it deterioratesxi. Prepare task and behaviour performance report of the supervisors and operators on a weekly basis annual appraisalxii. Brief directors on all production and staff performance related issues on a daily basisxiii. Discuss production plan with directors on a weekly basisRegards,HR Team
