Mandatory skills: - Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development , marketing , technical , ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory a nd accounts- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base- Build and maintain strong , long - lasting customer relationships- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations- Understand category- specific landscapes and trends- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts- Exceptional Knowledge about Bangladesh Geographical region , know how about Government procurement procedure Regulatory (BAEC) procedure.- Ability to work under minimal supervision and capability to take decisions.- Work closely with colleagues on cross- territory opportunities and other internal teams during pre- post sales scenario.- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends- Understand and effectively communicate the companys value prop , tech , process and current partnerships- Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.- Builds and manages relationships with current customers , identifies new customers and develops relationships for the purpose of selling assigned Varian products.- Under minimal supervision , performs all sales functions in assigned territory , including: analyzes territory for sales potential; develops and implements effective sales strategies; maintains appropriate level of territory coverage; plans and executes effective sales calls; schedules and performs product demonstrations; manages the sales order/quotation process; serves as a consultative resource to customers; achieves superior level of overall customer satisfaction;- provides regular customer and market feedback to company. - Represents Varian ethics , values and business practices with all internal and external constituents. Applicable to the Oncology Systems business only: - Position must have full access to VMS client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.- Many VMS clients require VMS employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites.- Unless prohibited by law , position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access , and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of VMS employment in this position. Other Desired Skills and Knowledge: - Required Certifications and Training: Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.- Applicable to the Oncology Systems business only: Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access , unless prohibited by law.- These requirements vary by client and may include , but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo , drivers license , SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (Hep B , MMR , Varicella , Influenza , Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare trainings- Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E- mail , Microsoft Word , Excel , and PowerPoint.- Experience with HCM (e.g. , Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.Typical Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience.,
