Job Description

  • Ensure execution of Microsoft digital transformation strategy, to enable Microsoft as a digital leader with higher revenue creation, profitability and market valuation by addressing customers business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead a sustainable and predictable sales business that delivers success to both Microsoft and customers. Understand cloud economics to convert customer outcomes into revenue and consumption
  • As a Sales Leader
  • Build Industry digital transformation opportunity pipeline for all prioritized industries.
  • Develop an Industry plan for each prioritized industry in the region, in collaboration with Industry leaders/experts locally.
  • Leverage industry messaging and content when generating pipeline and engaging with BDMs.
As a Customer, Partner and Market Leader
  • Build and grow strong customer and partner executive relationships to earn their trust and loyalty. Successfully removes roadblocks & orchestrates Microsoft and Partner ecosystem resources.
  • Drive active participation with Industry focused account team members in the designated industry communities.
  • Responsible for the overall quality of account management of their customers, including timely execution of customer transitions
  • Drive integration and orchestration across all sales/tech sales/marketing/services/partner organizations to ensure One Microsoft approach. Align on area level prioritized industries and verticals.
As a People Leader
  • Develop a high-performing ATU sales team where team members are considered to be best-in-class sales/technical sales professions in the enterprise market.
  • Build diverse and inclusive organizations.

  • Drive revenue growth & pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts leveraging partners ecosystem
  • Revenue & scorecard targets achieved or exceeded, aligned to intentional selling and to core priorities.
