Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities1) The main responsibility of real estate sales managers is to motivate their team and agents to close sales.2) Develop effective training programs that teach employees and agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.3) Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve.4) Tracking goals through sales meetings.5) Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.6) Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.7) Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues8) Work on sales scripts with agents9) Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting10) Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly11) Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them12) Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value13) Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing14) Display and market real property to possible buyers15) Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)16) Manage property auctions or exchanges17) Maintain and update listings of available properties18) Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors19) Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors20) Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing servicesDesired Candidate ProfileCandidate should have relevant experience of working with real estate developer or construction company for Minimum of 04 years in Residential and Commercial projects.
