We are looking for Sales Manager for Home Care & Air Care Products Duties & Responsibilities: 1. To focus on all customers and to provide commercial and technical support for Home/ Air Care product range.2. To make regular customer visit covering entire allocated business territory. 3. To have good knowledge of companies manufacturing and distributing Home/ Air Care products in pan India market. 4. Create good network with commercial and product development teams at customers end. 5.Have latest updates over industrial trends/ movements.6. Identification of potential customers through personal contacts / website / marketing intelligence.7. Co-ordinate for various event / technical seminars for business promotion.8. Make Quarterly / yearly presentation and Sales reports as per customer /supplier & Management requirement.9. Develop business plan and sales strategy on the market to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability.10. Close rapport with R &D personnel, commercial people and customer, building long term relationshipsDivisions/Departments Activity: 1.) Stock and Sale of Home/ Air / Oral care raw material. 2.) Stock and Sale of Actives, Excipients and speciality chemicals. Skills/ Qualifications: 1. B.E ( Chemical ) / M.Tech/ B.Tech (Cosmetics) or equivalent Chemistry Science background. 2. Candidate should have good knowledge and ( 7-10) years techno-commercial experience in competitive Home/ Air Care product range. 3. Computer knowledge (internet, MS office , hands on knowledge on Advance MS Excel etc) 4. Good communication Skills in English (written and verbal) 5. Take Self initiative and problem solving skills6. Willingness to travel, learn & adapt new things and work hard to achieve results.Regards
