Job Description

    Job description -
    1. Interaction with potential customers via email, virtual meetings, etc. Leads will be provided and require the coordination of meetings to be set up.
    2. Coordination with the reporting manager on suitable time slots for setting up virtual meetings with potential customers based on the feasibility of both.
    3. Co-ordinate meetings between clients and business heads based on their location, availability, etc
    4. Manage & update data on the sales interaction system
    5. To maintain & update daily trackers set for tracking the day-to-day status of the potential lead prospects
    6. To research the particular brand or prospect before the virtual meeting and share the details of the same with the reporting manager
    7. Assist in coordinating &following up on open leads and prospects post the business meetings to get decisions
    8. To prepare important files & pricing models for prospective clients.
    9. Internal coordination with the team members on sharing of important documents and files as per the regular process and SOP set
    10. To share & forward important & timely documents to the existing clients
    11. Assist in doing market research on the brand & its competitors as guided by the reporting manager
    12. Assist in the coordination of webinars where applicable (2-3 per year
