Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole Sheet BU Sales Strategy Managerv June 2020Purpose of the RoleLead the BU Sales by designing and implementing the Sales & Marketing Strategy to generate high quality leads of students, corporate partners & colleges, optimizing the marketing spends and supporting the Academies to meet the Inception Targets on time.StructureReporting toBU HeadSpanN/AINDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIESKey DeliverablesDevelop the Mobilization formula and Mobilization plan for each Academy in the BUCreate a reliable network of BPs, Corporate Partners & CollegesDrive the execution of Academy level mobilization activities with the help of Centre teamsExecute the BU level centralized mobilization planTrack the returns generated from each mobilization activityOptimize the marketing spends to enrollments ratio by constantly looking at the most productive methodsDrive high-quality leads to the Academy for enrollments and support them to meet their Inception targetsJob ResponsibilityDeveloping Center-wise mobilisation plan for each center by the 2nd of each month and getting it approved by the BU HeadDevelop a mobilization formula for the Centres and design a Centre level Marketing Strategy to mobilise studentsResponsible for all mobilization in the BU. In case of any challenges the MM is expected to coordinate with the Centre team to discuss, track and fix the issue. In case the issue isn t getting resolved within a few days, the MM to travel, fix the issue and then return.Plan & execute mobilization through various LMP based activities, priority for Digital Marketing, Cold Calls, Data Handling, Email Campaigns, Job Fairs, Institutional tie ups, Business Partner network.Engage and build relationships with local Mobilisation Partners for each of the CentresDevelop, execute and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities, in line with strategies and targets, and within budget to achieve mobilisation targets. Plan a series of online and offline monthly activities for each centreMeasure & analyze the ROI of activities and plans. Prepare and maintain the reports.Develop marketing communication collaterals, digital media and advertising materials to promote Edubridge and its courses. Take support from the Central Marketing team where requiredLiaise with advertising agencies, internal and external partners on all ATL & BTL print and digital campaigns.Work with the Centre teams to execute the offline activities.
