Job Description

  • Merchant Account Linkage Ensuring regular and timely linkage of Accounts to Machines released for a given Month.
  • Sharing Account pending cases with Sales and collating the same through various modes available.
  • Ensuring linkage of Accounts by Ops within Specified TAT Rigorous with Regions for follow up of cases pending for Account Linkage.
  • Reduction of Ops Related FTNRs Highlighting the Ops FTNRs to Sales Push Sales region for getting the same cleared on timely basis.
  • Ensuring ops to clear FTNRs once cleared by Sales.
  • Reviewing and Correcting Cases marked wrongly as FTNRs by Ops.
  • Sharing the best Practices with Sales & CPA Units.
  • Monitoring TID Delays & Ensuring Priority Processing (Green Channel) of Urgent forms/Festive Season.
  • Monitor Timely Processing of forms by Ops.
  • Highlighting TID delay issues with Ops Seniors.
  • Helping Sales/Branch in case of Urgent forms.
  • Supporting Sales during Festive Seasons by close coordination with Ops.
  • Keeping Sales Informed on any unavoidable delay.
  • Sharing the form Processing TAT with Sales on regular basis.
  • Smooth & Timely Processing of Cases Ensuring timely sharing of EMI files with Aggregators by Ops.
  • Acting as Bridge between Sales, Aggregator and Ops for Installation of EMI Cases Supporting Sales in urgent EMI cases.
  • Highlighting reasons of FTNRs for EMI cases.
  • Ensuring Clearance of FTNRs related to EMI.
