Job Description 1. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues2. Set individual sales targets with sales team3. Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel4.Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual champs5.Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team6.Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team7.Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objective8 .Evaluate performance of sales champ9 Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team10.Plan and direct sales team training11.Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals12.Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity13. Investigate lost sales and customer accounts14.
