320 - Client Software - R&D Key Responsibilities To develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value Work closely with sales team and business development team to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform Provide Salesforce administration and level 1 support and Liaise with third party vendor (s) as needed for additional support/ guidance Understands the data model related to CPQ and responsible for any new system changes in CPQ Ability to understand an implemented architecture, and deliver on technical specifications. Support and troubleshoot any integration issues Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate level of effort for tasks, with appropriate balance of risk and effort Work closely with (business) Super - users on new features, functionalities, knowledge transfer and any other requests. Works independently with minimal supervision Ensure data issues are identified and root cause addressed Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned Attributes/ Technical SkillsAbility to handle regular support activities and urgent changes whilst keeping long - term objectives on track Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate to a non - technical audience Daily administration and support of the Salesforce database including but not limited to managing Sales Cloud and CPQ user setup, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations and workflows Minimum 2 years Salesforce Administrator experience Good understanding of the professional service industry High level organisational skills, including ability to prioritise Prior work experience in a similar role is highly advantageous Bachelor Degree in any discipline Salesforce Certification is required Computer Skills Excellent proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite,
