      • Key Responsibilities : a: Lead a team of 8-10 developers b: Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements c: Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality d: Conduct peer review, guide team members e: Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget f: Carried out deployment process and release management g: Responsible for defect management process
      • Technical Experience : a: Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Apex , Process Builder b: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Integration, ServiceCloud c: Hands on experience on Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation, VF components d: Good troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools e: Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools
    • Professional Attributes : a: Good Oral and written communication skills b: Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore c: Excellent team player and ability to work independently and assist junior team members d: Understand estimation methodology and tools
