Job Description

  • Role :Application Lead
  • Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality b: To work as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications c: Status reporting of the tasks completed as per agreed schedule and budget d: Must be able to manage time with multitasking e: Provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team.
      • Technical Experience : a: Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization b: Salesforce Integration, Sales-Service Cloud, SFDC Integration c: Min 1 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology d: Integration framework, patterns and practices e: Integration of SF with other SF, External Systems using Standard and custom SOAP, REST APIs f: Troubleshooting skills, Deployment process and tools g: Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools
    • Professional Attributes : a: 2+ years of Salesforce development experience b: Good communication skills c: Work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore regarding Requirement Clarification, Design and Solutions d: Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget e: Team player, ability to work independently
