      • Key Responsibilities : a: Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Apex, Process Builder b: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Integration, ServiceCloud Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customization using Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation, VF components, batch Apex etc c: Good troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools d: Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools
