    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Leverage TCRM Salesforce platform to design, develop, and implement dataflows, recipes with local and external datasets 2 Work with Product Owner for prioritizing sprints and stories In working with scrum team members, refine stories, plan sprints, and execute on stories in the sprint Document technical and functional requirements in Confluence Code, debug, create and execute unit tests to deliver final product Creates business requirement documents which may include detailed work flow diagram
        • Technical Experience : 1 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience in asset management industry 2 Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud and Sales cloud 3 2-3 years of Salesforce implementations experience 4 Experience identifying problems and needs in order to optimize the business 5 Experience working in a team environment 6 Salesforce certifications preferred Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Tableau CRM, App Builder
        • Professional Attributes : Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing An in-depth understanding of systems development lifecycle Ability to perform detailed analysis on these systems at all phases of the project lifecycle
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field
