  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Resource should be able to understand the SAP ABAP concepts B: Resource should be able to understand the SAP BW concepts
      • Technical Experience : A: Must have a strong knowledge on SAP ABAP with 5 yesrs exp B: Experience on SAP BW C: End to end implementation exp D: BI Support exp E: Co-ordinate with Level 2 team as appropriate for resolution of tickets F: Manage Level 3 incident queue and escalation of Ageing Tickets assigned to Level 3 G: Liase with Level 2 team to ensure adherence to defined RCA process for Severity 1 to 3 incidents H: Provide Technical SME support for Incident resolution
    • Professional Attributes : A: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new technologies B: Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems C: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
