      • Key Responsibilities : A: Handling the day to day production issues 2-Handling the calls with the business users 3-Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4-Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs B: Software Engineer focused on developing Business Intelligence solutions within the finance sector C: Experienced in MicroStrategy suite of Tools for designing schema, Dossier, Dashboards and reports based on Intelligent Cubes, MTDI Super Cubes and freeform SQLs, in version 10 or
      • Technical Experience : 4-5 years of experience in SAP Business Intelligence Knowledge of various business processes in SAP like FI-CO, SD, MM, PP and Inventory EXP in SAP BI backend modeling and reporting Knowledge of SAP Business Objects CR, LUMIRA, Design Studio reporting and other front-end tools like Tableau, PowerBI etc Should have a good understanding of Database concept Should have worked on new dimension product / technology like SAP HANA
