      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Handling the day to day production issues 2-Handling the calls with the business users 3-Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4-Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
      • Technical Experience : 1-Involved in providing the solution, estimations and delivery 2-Worked on data model design using BW on HANA as a platform Experience in BOBJ 3-Involved in Architectural meetings and supported in evaluating and improving BW on HANA design with LSA architecture 4-Involved in gathering business requirement specifications at client location and created functional documents 5-Worked on the creation of various KPIs on various application areas ie Sales, Delivery, Billing
