JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced India- based Field Enablement Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Field Enablement, APAC. The Knowledge Conultant will be joining a fast paced and innovative team responsible for providing the APAC field with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to accelerate ramp times and improve our field s capability to position SAP Concur s differentiated value to our customers. He/ She will also be expected to drive, support, and execute numerous global enablement efforts that are rolled out into the India market unit from the region or from corporate. The Field Enablement Team has a unique culture. We are highly innovative in our approach and strive to enable and define new frontiers to help our field reach their full potential. Therefore this role requires an individual who is a creative thinker, passionate about making others successful, able to work independently, and who comes with a proven track record in project managing as well as executing successfully on enablement programs in India. Solid classroom facilitation skills, and the ability to engage with leadership and drive the team, is also a must. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively engage with the India MD and leadership team to prioritize and execute on a quarterly sales enablement plan; as well as create and maintain a local training calendar. Customize content and deliver training in India. Evaluate training curriculum effectiveness and propose adjustments or new curriculum additions as needed. Drives the adoption of pre- and post- evaluations and productivity metrics in India. Coach Sales Directors to be the agents of enablement for their teams. Desired Skills and ExperienceEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSBA/ BS degree in HR Management/ Learning or related field or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 8 + years learning experience in training and enablement with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing advanced sales training and sales enablement programs. Demonstrated results in enablement project management including needs analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of wide range of training curricula, preferably in a cloud / software sales environment. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESExcellent verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly to key audiences and stakeholders. Deep knowledge of current and emerging sales enablement methodologies and how it is put into practice. Excellent stand up training delivery and classroom facilitation skills. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously. Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all functional levels with business leaders and subject matter experts. Creative, practical problem- identification, problem- reporting, and problem- solving skills, including the application of those skills to the design and development of the final solution. Self- starter with ability to work with minimal supervision. Team player with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve project goals.
