Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage SAP Support Project 2 Manage Change Requests 3 Manage Clients requirement
      • Technical Experience : 1 Financial accounting and global settings 2 Taxes on Sales/Purchases, Withholding tax management 3 General ledger processing 4 Asset accounting, Handling of fixed assets, Asset scrapping, Asset transfer 5 Account payable processing, Account receivable processing 6 Credit management, Reconciliation and processing 7 Period end closing and Financial reporting
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have worked on 3-4 E2E Implementations 2 Should have handled a team of FICO 3 Should able to communicate well with the CFO 4 Should coordinate with FI team of the client 5 Should have worked on Support and Roll Out Projects
    • Educational Qualification : B Com / M Com MBA - Finance
