These skills are essential to essay the role of an SAP RMK Consultant. In addition, its important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:
  • Should have 3 to 7 Years of experience in SAP with at least 3 years of exp in SuccessFactors with minimum 1 year in RMK
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing (RMK)
  • Hands on experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors
  • Hands on experience in RMK and knowledge of analytics driven insight for HR organizations
  • Documents specification, user manuals, procedures and other relevant information
  • Experience in Home Page Template, Strategy Page Templates
  • Experience in Company specific Content Page Configuration: Benefits Page, About Us Page,Diversityp2 Page Employee Willingness Page
  • Experience in creating Search Page and interactive Job Map
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) pages
  • Ability to generate reports and dashboards using an interactive user interface and a rich library of visualizations and chart types
  • Candidate Single Sign On between Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Management
  • Experience in Career Site Builder
  • Experience in integrating with External Job Portals
  • Experience in Recruiting Posting
  • Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
  • Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
  • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
