Job Description

  1. Candidate should have sound experience in SAP Service Delivery Management and should have managed at least 2 to 3 SAP Application Maintenance Projects as SAP Service Delivery Manager. The candidate should be self-driven and drive a team of at least 100 resources for successful project delivery.
  2. Atleast 15 yrs of technical experience in SAP BW/ SAP BWoH/ SAP Native HANA implementation, support/ upgrade is mandatory. Candidate be should come up with innovative ideas to drive technical competency
  3. Strong experience on management of AM KPIs and Contracts is mandatory
  4. Sound understanding of project financials is necessary. Cost Management by tracking the projects actual against the estimated budget Improve contribution margin being the key responsibility
  5. Should be able to able to work collaboratively with Client (Delivery and Vendor management stakeholders) for Risk and issue management
  6. Should have good knowledge in deploying AM Tools, Industrialized delivery methods for ensuring continuous service improvement
  7. Ability to delivery AD KPIs and participation in Pre sales activities is necessary
  8. Should participate in performance appraisal of the resources working under him/ her and act as a mentor for the team and work towards their competency progression
  9. Experience in Organizational level and External client Software Quality/ Service delivery related Audits is good to have
