Functional Skills:- Should have hands on experience in analytics delivery, through the entire life cycle of an analytics engagement data requirement identification, data collection, analysis and insight generation using data, business team communication & follow up. Developing models, building models as per standards, creating intermediate documents and analyzing effectiveness of models and interactively refining models to improve results. Automating models to self-generate results. Technical Skills:- Experience with multiple analytics methods (one or more required). Data management skills (eg. Data modeling, data integrity QA / QC). Predictive modeling (logistic regression, linear regression, etc). Customer segmentation and targeting, promotion effectiveness and churn prevention. Familiarity with analytics tools (one or more required). o Advanced Excel o SAS (Preferable), SPSS, R o Alteryx o SQL, Including geospatial types and functions o Tableau, SSRS a plus o Programming and / or scripting experience preferred, eg. VBA Key Competencies:- Proactive with a strong inclination towards analytics. Banking industry understanding. Good written and verbal communication. Collaborative, team player. Ability to develop and codify knowledge. Ability to maintain discretion.,
