Job Description - Service Coordination Centre1. The core function is coordination with various domestic as well as international teams within Orange Business Services2. The coordination with all teams is expected on real time basis.a. Field Engineers ( FE ) : To assist FE in fault resolution process by providing technical information through conference call with Technical Support teams in Japanese language as per requirement.Performing administrative tasks in CRM tool ( Clarify ) like recording updates, closing fault tickets on behalf of Field Engineers.b. Logistics - Courier Companies : Real time follow ups to know the status of part shipments required for resolution process.Triggering notifications or escalations to higher management in event of no progress situations.c. Technical Support Teams : Informing FE and part status to Technical Support Teams or Customer facing desks by outbound calls, so same can be shared with impacted customers.d. Other Internal Teams : Attending inbound calls to understand requirement of the caller ( domestic or international )3 - Participate in FOIS call, understand the dispatch best practices.
